What's New and Changed for 2019.1

- FastDMA performance enhancements for small transfer sizes (e.g., 4 KB)
- Automatic inference of FastDMA for transfer of physically contiguous buffers, with automatic data width conversion to match memory controller data width
- TheSDSoCenvironment now usesArm®GNU toolchain 8.2.0
- Bug fixes
