Xilinx is the inventor of the FPGA and Adaptive SoCs. Our highly-flexible programmable silicon, enabled by a suite of advanced software and tools, drives rapid innovation across a wide span of industries and applications - from the cloud to the end points.
“Xilinx embraces social responsibility because it’s the right thing to do to, and an important dimension of our core values of excellence, accountability, and teamwork. Over the past year, we updated our Code of Social Responsibility and launched a new survey process to hold suppliers accountable for meeting our strict standards. These cover such areas as climate change, human rights, business conduct, compliance, and health and safety.
“Additionally, we continued to add renewable energy sources to our facilities, achieving a year-over-year global carbon footprint reduction of 17%. We also gave more than $2.3 million in grants in FY2021, benefitting over 900 non-profit organizations, and our employees donated nearly 1,500 hours of their time to volunteer work.

Xilinx uses the global environmental management standard ISO14001 and occupational health and safety standard ISO45001 as the foundation of our Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) management system.
